Delete your Defy account
You can request deletion of your Defy account and associated data here, even if you have uninstalled the app.
Request deletion by email
Send your request from the email address associated with your Defy account to hello@infinique.org. Use the subject “Delete my Defy account”. We may ask you to verify account ownership. Do not send your password.
Or delete inside the app
Open Settings → Account → Delete account and confirm. This removes your account and clears the associated app data.
What is deleted
Your authentication account, profile, synced training progress, streaks, goals, onboarding responses, and other account data are removed from our active systems. Verified email requests are normally completed within 30 days. If an exception is required, we will explain it.
What may be retained
Payment providers may retain transaction records for billing and legal obligations. Limited records may also be retained where required for legal compliance, security, or fraud prevention.
Cancel subscriptions separately
Account deletion and app removal do not cancel a Google Play subscription. To prevent future renewal charges, open Google Play subscriptions and cancel Defy. You can request account deletion regardless of subscription status.
