Guided pelvic floor training for men, with health information grounded in cited sources.
Defy is a men's pelvic floor health app built around one idea: that the right daily exercises — done consistently — can meaningfully improve erection quality, bladder control, and sexual performance. We make that training simple, guided, and grounded in the research.
Our blog exists to give men the information they need to understand what their pelvic floor does, why it matters, and how to train it correctly. Articles identify their author and publication date. Articles carrying a medical review label also identify the reviewer and review date.
Editorial Team

That profile lists a Clinical Medicine bachelor's degree from Shanghai Railway Medical College, a 2009 master's degree in Integrated Chinese and Western Clinical Medicine from Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine, and membership of a Guangzhou physician association health-management committee. It does not establish board certification in urology or a pelvic-floor specialty.
